Vincent<\/strong> Leroy<\/strong>, passionate sports educator specializing in tennis and padel for over 20 years, second Spanish national series player, will supervise and support you throughout your internship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vincent <\/strong>organizes padel courses in 3 categories:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • The \u00ab\u00a0discovery\u00a0\u00bb <\/strong>course which is aimed at players who wish to learn and introduce themselves to this discipline.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The \u00ab\u00a0performance\u00a0\u00bb <\/strong> course, intended for experienced players who have mastered the yellow ball.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • The \u00ab\u00a0intensive\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> course for experienced players.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    DISCOVERY COURSE includes 7 hours <\/em>with:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1 hour of training per day,<\/strong> one hour of personalized coaching, a match<\/strong>organized with local players of your level and 1 sports massage done by a physiotherapist<\/strong>, 1 hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This course will allow you to acquire gesture techniques and discover the first tactical situations in order to be able to play quickly with family or in a match. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    THE PERFORMANCE COURSE includes 1:30 hours<\/em><\/strong> with:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7 hours 30 minutes of training<\/strong>, 3 matches<\/strong> of 1 <\/strong>hours 30 minutes <\/strong>, 1 sports massage<\/strong> an hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This course will allow you to refine your technique, define a strategy, implement tactical plans and improve your physical condition through specific exercises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    THE INTENSIVE COURSE includes<\/strong> 19 hours<\/strong><\/em>, with: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    10 hours of training <\/strong>, and 8 hours of matches <\/strong>(4 matches of 2 hours), 1 massage<\/strong> of one hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This course dedicated to the most seasoned, will allow you to approach padel from another angle such as developing a team strategy, determining tactical choices based on the defined strategy, improving your defensive and offensive qualities, playing in pairs (Spanish style!), adapt your skills to the spirit of padel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          PADEL TRAINING:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Tropical Training<\/strong><\/span>, a family business, organizes padel sessions, one session \"discovery\", for players who desire learn and begin with padel. One session \"performance\", for confirmed players and one session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Vincent Leroy, sportive educator, passionated and specialized in tennis and padel since more 20 years, 2nd player of SNP (Series Nacionales de P\u00e1del), will teach you during these trainings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The discovery session includes 7 hours distributed in 5 days; 1h of training by day, 1h of personalized coaching, 1 match organised with local players of your level, and 1 relaxing massage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          The performance training includes 13h in 5 days with 5h of training (1h training\/day), 4,5h of matches, 2 sports massages, 1h of personalized coaching.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          These sessions will allow you to refine your technique, to define a strategy, to set up tactical schemes and improve your fitness through specific exercises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
